Our Workplace Programs

Our customized programs meet the unique needs of your business. Here are some of the things we can do together:

Introductory Session

Try something different at your next conference or management meeting. We’ll introduce the benefits of mindfulness and teach one or two practical mindfulness techniques. Content can be tailored to the theme of the meeting or to a specific business issue.

Up to 250 people

Lunch & Learns

Introduce your team to mindfulness meditation over lunch. We'll discuss the benefits to health, happiness and personal and professional effectiveness and teach 3-4 short mindfulness exercises that participants can use right away. You also have the option to focus the exercises on a specific business issue, such as listening skills, stress management, etc.

60 or 90 minute sessions
Best with up to 25 people

Group Lessons

Introduce your team to a variety of mindfulness techniques for lasting benefits. Over 8 sessions we'll run through mindfulness exercises to help manage stress, improve personal awareness and improve performance. Lessons can be focused on a particular business need. Participants will be able to develop a personal mindfulness practice and improve their stress management, listening and concentration skills.

60 minute sessions
Best with 10-50 people

Seminars

Focus on a particular topic to address specific business needs with one or more of our seminars. Participants will learn a variety of mindfulness techniques to improve in the area of focus, such as:

  • Sleeping better
2 to 4 hour sessions

Private Lessons

Have an individual need? We offer a series of 5 private lessons that focus on an individual’s priorities and issues, including stress management, sleep, concentration, personal interactions, and more. Each session is designed around the individual’s needs and interests.
