Leave with no regrets
We all want to leave this life with no regrets

People on their deathbeds often regret working too much, living based on the expectations of others, not expressing their feelings, not spending more time with friends and family and not allowing themselves to be happier.
All things that it’s never too late to change. We can curb our workaholic tendencies, whether we are still working or have thrown ourselves into volunteer work or hobbies in retirement. We can have the courage to live a life that is true to ourselves rather than trying to please others. We can express our feelings—the positive ones and air out grievances. We can prioritize our families and our friends and tell them how much they mean to us.
And finally, we can be happier. We can practice gratitude. We can connect with others. We can know our life has meaning. We can laugh and be carefree. We can let go of any lingering emotional baggage that gets in the way.
We can leave with no regrets.
